Neurons in primary cell cultures and the CNS of Drosophila embryos

Top row: Aspects of the embryonic CNS of Drosophila (>>> orientation): staining against the presynaptic marker Synapsin (>>> details), specific neurons labelled via targeted expression of Gal4 (>>> details), central synapses at the ultrastructural level, synaptic transmission in the CNS.
